What is Energy Medicine? How does it Heal? What are the many benefits? How and why would I want to incorporate it into a healthier lifestyle?

Energy Medicine is an alternative, holistic, eastern, Indian, and integrated medicine that many professionals use. It complements mainstream structured medicine in the healing arts, just as massage therapy and acupuncture have done throughout Western Medicine.

This introduction presentation will focus on the human body's electromagnetic field. Our human body is a field of electromagnetic energy in and outside the body. Energy healing is very beneficial and non-invasive, and it helps in every area, promoting better physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and healing. It is the medicine of the future.

Sheila Tillich is an Energy Recovery Metaphysician. Her Holistic Energy Practice is in the Village of Fairport, NY. She sees clients in person and virtually. She also provides healing sessions, healing modality teaching and training, spiritual counseling, stress and trauma coaching, and mentorship in many areas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Metaphysics, is an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor Trainer, and Certified HeartMath® Mentor through HeartMath® Institute. HeartMath® Institute is science-based measurable data about building resilience against stress and trauma.
